Flatlands
A
TASTE OF SPAIN
It takes
a brave man to leave his own back yard and broaden his horizons. Indeed,
for many of us it took half a lifetime to get to Portugal. But ask yourself
this - If it's hellfire in Portugal, just where else exactly has diesel
traction of such outrageous proportions and a climate to match? South America?
India? Cuba? Well possibly, but I was thinking of somewhere a lot closer
to home ..........
With distinct
shades of Class 52 'Western' body profiling and a blue/yellow livery to
boot, RENFE Class 333,
no.333 087
runs round it's train at Salamanca.
See you
in the front coach!

Spanish thrash will appear on these pages at some time in the future. Watch
